Question 1

How does checkout work?

Accepted Answer

Choose exactly one bundle in /build and you will be redirected to hosted Stripe Checkout. Tallyloom computes the price server-side, and there is no embedded card form.

Question 2

When will I receive my receipt?

Accepted Answer

Payment is verified first. The success page may stay in a “Confirming” state while delivery checks the verified session; then the purchase receipt and delivery email are sent to the checkout email Stripe verified. It is not an instant-email promise.

Question 3

How is my purchased bundle delivered?

Accepted Answer

A verified purchase returns the bundle’s complete approved file manifest on the success page. Delivery deliberately stays pending or unavailable until every included asset has been approved, so an incomplete bundle is never presented as ready.

Question 4

Where do I download the workbooks?

Accepted Answer

Each listed workbook has its own Download action backed by your verified checkout session. Use those links from the success and delivery area; downloads are not public, permanent links or account-based access.

Question 5

What if my receipt or download email is missing?

Accepted Answer

Check spam and promotions first, then confirm the address you entered in Stripe. Keep the success page and session details available. If the receipt or download is still missing, contact tallyloom-4@polsia.app with the purchase email so we can help.
